Profile of Roger Kemper
Roger is Founder and President of Roger Kemper Programs providing leadership, management, and sales consulting, training and coaching for businesses in Houston. Previously, Roger was Vice President with Sandler Training Houston, an award-winning sales training and executive consulting firm, for over six years.
Before moving to Houston, Roger was Founder and President of the Summit Group International, a business development and sales training company in Dallas. He began his career in the industry as the Senior National Trainer for Brian Tracy Programs promoting, teaching and selling management and sales training programs to companies across the country.
Roger has been speaking, training, coaching and consulting on leadership, management and sales for over 20 years. He has worked hands-on with hundreds of companies in dozens of industries including oil and gas, insurance, financial services, mortgage, real estate, technology, manufacturing and business services. His work with different levels within client organizations from owners and CEO’s to managers and salespeople gives him a well-rounded perspective for employee development and its implications throughout the organization.
